About Vela

A traditional Phinisi, completely reimagined for modern comfort

Vela is a 50-metre traditional Phinisi rebuilt for modern comfort — six cabins hosting up to 12 guests, built with Indonesian craftsmanship and fitted with today's technology. An 890 hp Yanmar engine gives it the range to reach remote anchorages, and the setup on board runs from a full dive operation to an outdoor gym, an outdoor cinema and Starlink internet.

Charters depart from Sorong, with the best conditions in Raja Ampat between October and April.
