The Process
01
Tell us your travel dates, who's in the group, your spread of dive certifications, what you want to shoot, any dietary requirements, and the special interests that matter most.
02
A video session with your curator to sharpen the brief. Together we line up your wishlist against which vessels are free and the best seasonal timing.
03
You receive a day-by-day outline featuring two vessel choices, a fully itemised quote, and clear notes on the trade-offs involved.
04
Two revision rounds come standard. We tweak the route, the vessel, the provisioning, any special permits, and photographer extras.
05
A 30% deposit holds your vessel and chosen dates. The itinerary is finalised once that deposit is signed off.
06
You get a pre-departure briefing 14 days ahead, covering marine park permits, the dietary spreadsheet, and an introductory call with your captain.
