About Kudanil Explorer

A 50-metre steel expedition ship built for remote Indonesia

Kudanil Explorer is a 50-metre steel expedition ship designed for long-range cruising in remote Indonesia — originally a safety standby vessel, refitted for charter. A 12.5-metre beam and a 1,000 GT hull give it stability and smooth movement at sea, driven by two 1,500 bhp Yanmar main engines with a 350 hp bow thruster for narrow passages. Eight private cabins on the upper deck host up to 16 guests, each 30.5 m² with its own 11 m² balcony.

Charters depart from Sorong on a minimum of 7 days / 6 nights, with the best conditions in Raja Ampat between October and April.
